HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for all Cosmetic Bags, Accessory Bags, Wristlets and Hipsters, and 4 weeks for Photos Purses and Casual Totes. During Mother’s Day and Christmas, our lead times increase and information will be on our site.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we are happy to work with you. Please contact us to ensure your order arrives on time.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Money Orders. Your credit/debit is charged when your order is placed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Each of our bags is custom made to order. The images are embedded into the fabric, so the images will not rub off, peel or fade.

CLEANING OF YOUR BAG:
We suggest using Scotchguard on your bag to protect it,and then you can use a clean damp cloth with mild soap for anything that may get on your purse.

At Bagettes our goal is simple, “To exceed your expectations”. If you are not completely happy with your bag, we will either re-make your bag, or allow you to return your purchase for store credit.

Yes. If you would like to send us a print, please place your order and then mail the image with your order number to us at:

IF ALL MY BAGS ARE IDENTICAL, DO I NEED TO UPLOAD EACH ONE?
No. If the bags are exactly alike, just send it once.
